Skilled Nursing

Skilled Rehabilitation and Long-term Care – a community for individuals in need of skilled rehabilitation or long-term care nursing services. We provide the needed care and assistance to help individuals regain or maintain their independence and abilities. Individuals are assisted with aspects of daily living which include bathing, dressing, ambulating, meals, bathroom assistance and assistance with mobility needs. Restorative nursing provides additional rehabilitation support following the completion of therapy services and is available to residents in need of additional support and encouragement to help them maintain/regain the ability to perform daily tasks such as walking and dressing.

We provide around the clock, individualized care to meet your loved ones physical, emotional and social needs. We strive to peace of mind knowing our staff are ensuring a comfortable, caring and secure atmosphere aimed at enriching quality of life.

Residents are encouraged and assisted to live an active life based on their personal preferences and routines. To best meet each resident’s needs, our community promotes autonomy and choice while offering a variety of services as well as social and individual activities.

We have the ability to provide short-term respite care within the nursing home as a way of assisting family members in the care of their loved one. We work closely with Hospice providers and provide care, comfort and support for the end of life.

Our team works with resident and their families and physicians to develop a care plan that will meet the resident’s individual needs while working to promote choices and quality of life.
